CVS and Cub Deals

Jonah and I went to pick up a few things at CVS, since I had ECBs that expired today and I also got a coupon in my email.

• Pampers box: $19.99, get $5ECBs. Used $2/1 (Pampers mailer) = paid $17.99, got $5ECBs.
• Complete contact solution: $7.99, get $7.99ECBs. Picked this up for my brother.
• Cherry Coke 2 liter: $0.99. Used $1/1 (Recyclebank) = free!
• Used $7.50ECBs that I had, and a $5/$25 from my email = paid $13.99, got $12.99ECBs. Yep.
  

Then we went to Cub, where we picked up some freebies.

• Mrs. T's Pierogies: $2.79. Used free coupon (HyVee freezer booklet) = free!
• Jones sausage links: $1.89. Used free coupon (HyVee freezer booklet) = free!
• Old Orchard frozen juice: $1.50. Used free coupon (HyVee freezer booklet) = free!
• Organic bananas: $0.99/lb. Used 2lbs. free coupon for just over 2lbs. (came in my email) = paid $0.16 for the bunch!
• 4 20oz. Coke products: $1.69 each. Used 2 free coupons (My Coke Rewards) and two $1/1 printables (no longer available) = paid $1.38/4.
• 4 Mars candy: $0.69 each. Used two Get 2 free with purchase of 2 Cokes (in-store display) = 4 free!
• Total spent: $2.16!
  

Target and Walmart Deals

We were out of milk, so I went to pick that up with my WIC vouchers. I stopped at Target first to get diapers, since Matthew's almost out, and my Target diaper coupon expired today.

• Pampers Jumbo Pack and Wipes: $8.99 and $2.39. Used $2.50/both (Target mailer) and $1/1 wipes (P&G mailer). I had brought a $2/1 diaper coupon, but I didn't look closely enough at it, and it was for a box. Paid $7.88/both.
• Up & Up Liners: $0.89. Used $0.75/1 Target printable (no longer available) = paid $0.14!
• Up & Up Ibuprofen: $0.99. Used $0.50/1 Target printable = paid $0.49!
• Ortega Taco Seasoning: $0.62 each. Used $1/2 (SS 06/26/11) = paid $0.24/2!
• Wonka Exceptionals bar: $1.97. Used free catalina coupon = free! I added it to my "mom's secret candy bars" stash.
• Spent $8.98 total. Saved $7.77.
  

So then I went to Walmart to grab the WIC stuff and a few things for Jesse. I also used some of my other good coupons. And, I discovered I had a free diaper coupon in my Walmart envelope. How nice!

• Coke Zero 6-pack: $3.98.
• Clock: $5.77.
• 4 sheets of Posterboard (not shown): $0.30 each.
• 2 Suave Professionals Dry Shampoo: $2.74 each. Used 2 free product coupons = free!
• Huggies Jumbo Pack: $8.97. Used free coupon from Enjoy the Ride Rewards = free!
• Crystal Light to Go: $2. Used $1/1 (SS 06/12/11) = paid $1.
• Pull-Ups Wipes: $1.37. Used $2/1 (came with sample) = free plus $0.63 overage!
• Sun Chips: $2.98. Used free coupon = free!
• Seattle's Best Iced Mocha 4-pack (if Jesse gets Coke Zero, I get a drink too!): $4.98. Used $2/1 (SS 06/05/11) = paid $2.98. I also have a coupon for a free single one of these, but I haven't seen the singles anywhere yet...
  
• Total before coupons was $32.xx. Total after coupons was $15.32! Nice!
